Ready for Church

Arthur has grown quite a bit in the last few months so we needed to buy him some new shoes. So we bought some sneakers as well as a pair of dress shoes for church. He loves them and when he first tried them on he had a meltdown when I went to take them off. The second picture here he decided to goof off and be silly.

 

 

Yogurt is Yummy!

Arthur loves yogurt and would probably eat all day long if we'd let him. He's getting pretty good at feeding himself but still makes quite a mess of it. Often he will end up completely covered but it's worth it to help him learn how to use spoons and forks correctly.

Nap Time

This is a rare occurance. I hardly ever am able to take naps. Usually because both children rarely are napping at the same time. There are some pros to this situation but also some cons, one of which is that I don't get to nap. This is one of those times when I was able to only because it was a Sunday and so Tim was home. Arthur had been asleep in his crib and Camilla fell asleep in my arms. When Arthur woke up he wanted to cuddle with me and Camilla so Tim put him there. This resulted in him wanting to kiss Camilla which woke her up but I was too tired to even open my eyes.

 

Presents

Great-Grandma Gwen's really good friend, affectionately known as 'Auntie' Betty, bought these gifts for Arthur and Camilla. Arthur's surprise were duplos and were his big brother gift. Camilla received a swing and loved it the first time in it. Arthur loves playing with his duplos, especially all of the animals and airplane. He'll go around making all of the different noises. It's really cute to watch.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tim's First Day of Grad School

It's taken me about a month to get these pictures posted but here they are at last. Tim has officially started his grad program to get his Masters of Accountancy. His first morning of going back to school Arthur was so happy to play with his daddy and then he was in tears because he couldn't go with Tim to school. It's the same every morning that Arthur is awake before Tim leaves for the day. I can tell Arthur misses him throughout the day and he is always so excited to see Tim when he comes home for dinner.

 

 

 

Sibling Cuddles

Arthur truly loves Camilla and is always wanting to cuddle with her. He's not jealous of her always getting to be held by me but rather of me being the one to cuddle with her all the time. So he will climb up on my lap when I am nursing her, burping her, rocking her, or trying to put her to sleep. Once he's up he wants to kiss her and hug her constantly. Then he will help me by burping her as well. He is very sweet about it all and is so good at taking care of her. Whenever she is crying he will run to her and give her kisses because he thinks that will make her all better. He will even try to give the binky to her. In fact just yesterday I went in to get Camilla up because she was awake and crying. Arthur had already been in there by the time I showed up and right there next to her head was her binky. He couldn't quite reach all the way to her mouth and put it as close as he could get it.
