Since September Ended...

Camilla often falls asleep like this on the floor. You'll notice in the third picture she has her left knee pointing up and her right one pointing out. She loves to sleep like this.

This was taken right after Arthur woke up one morning and the flash kept blinding him but I was able to get this picture to turn out. He loves that blue ball he has with him. It was a gift from the bishop Tim served with in the singles ward in Rexburg. Arthur will almost always choose that above all his other toys especially when we go outside.

One Friday as I was getting the kids ready to go meet Tim at the institute building they were both so happy and I couldn't resist a few picutres. Camilla was just talking and smiling away. Arthur was more than happy with his sippy cup of milk but stopped smiling and wouldn't look at me when I went to take his picture.

This picture below is of me when I was about Camilla's age. I think she looks a lot like me, especially when she smiles!

See that smile? And of the course those cheeks are from me as well!

These next pictures were taken during conference weekend. Some friends came over to watch it with us and they have a son that is about 8 months old. He and Arthur loved playing in the pack and play. Recently Arthur wants to be in there a lot and thinks it's a real riot. I can't even get him to come out most of the time.

See Camilla's very chubby Anderson cheeks? She definitely gets that from my side of the family!

Camilla cuddling with her daddy after a day of watching conference and spending time with friends.

The next few pictures are from Canadian Thanksgiving! Arthur insisted on having his hood up and it made him laugh a lot.

Camilla didn't have anything red so I just went neutral instead. She was pretty happy as well.

Arthur is always wanting to sit next to Camilla and hold her. These are just a few pictures from the way Arthur takes care of his little sister.

Camilla had just woken up from a nap and was all smiles.

Arthur woke up wanting to hold Camilla again and he was so happy about it.

We made blueberry muffins and Arthur loved them!

Sleepy Camilla in her swing.

Camilla smiling some more and spending some time with Mommy while Arthur played with a friend.

Oh and just as a side note Camilla rolled over for the first time today but I don't have any pictures or videos but still she did it!

Camilla's Blessing Day

This past Sunday, September 30th, we blessed Camilla. It was a really wonderful day. Although none of our family members were able to be here for it, we shared it with some great friends. One of my dad's mission companions lives here in Moscow and so he came and stood in the circle since my dad could not. I really was glad that he was able to come and join us for the blessing. Tim did a great job with the blessing and it was a very sweet experience. Luckily Arthur behaved for the entire blessing and I was actually able to listen and enjoy it. Camilla fell asleep just before Tim blessed her and was so peaceful through out it all. She never let out a peep. She looked like an angel and was so beautiful in her little dress that my mom and I found for her a few months back. To go along with her special day I made a little headband for her as well as little footsie-cover-things. They are just these little pieces of fabric that I decorated with lace and flowers to match her headband. Then I just used some elastic to go around her heel and one of her toes so they would stay on. I think they turned out pretty well and I really like them. Much easier than shoes also, which is a great benefit. I had a lot of fun making them and the headband. It's been quite awhile since I've taken the time to do crafty things so it really made me excited to do it for my little girl. Here are a lot of the pictures I took that day.

Her little footsie things.

Here are a few pictures of Camilla with her very loving brother. She did really well for about one minute and then she was done with the pictures.

All wiped out from a long day. She fell asleep like this during dinner.

Our little family.

She must have been really tired from all the pictures because she fell asleep easily for me and slept completely through the night. A wonderful blessing that she did because I was completely worn out from a long weekend!

I'm so extremely grateful for my two sweet children and for my wonderful husband who works so hard to help me out with them whenever he can. I'm very blessed in my life!
